- 1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 stick butter
- salt
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- red pepper
Directions

1Bake in a pan lined with foil; butter the pan.

2Wash and slice potatoes, leaving skin on potatoes.

3Make a layer of potatoes, then put peppers and onions on top of potatoes.

4Put butter on top. Next sprinkle with salt, garlic salt, and black and red pepper as desired.

5Layer as many as you want to cook.

6Bake at 450° for 1 hour, then turn oven off and finish cooking while oven cools down.
