  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup of grapes (halved)
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 medium red onion
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • Mustard or Hot Sauce to taste
  • 1 pack goat cheese (crumbled)
