Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 sq. oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut
  • 15 double graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 24 marshmallows (pastel), cut in 4 pieces (or 240 small marshmallows)

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, oleo and 4 tablespoons coconut.

    Cook in double boiler 20 minutes.

    Let cool and pour over marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup coconut.

    Press in 8-inch pan and frost with plain or chocolate icing.
