- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook, skin and debone chicken.

2Cut into small pieces.

3Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Slice eggs and place on chicken. Add soup.

5Combine melted butter, flour, milk and pepper.

6Spoon over chicken.

7Do not stir as this makes the crust.

8Cook in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
