- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
- 1 egg

1Mix cake according to package.

2Fill paper cups in muffin pans 2/3 full.

3In separate bowl mix cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg and salt.

4Stir in chocolate bits.

5Drop one teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake.

6Bake as package directs. Makes about 39 cupcakes.
