Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150g) whole spelt flour
  • 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (90g) Natvia
  • 1 cup (100g) desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons (40g) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon (40g) honey
  • 1/2 cup (95g) coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon bi carb soda
  • 2 tablespoon water

    Preheat oven to 170°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

    In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, Natvia and coconut.

    Warm maple syrup, honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat, until coconut oil is melted. Remove from heat.

    Mix together the water and bi carb soda in a small jug or bowl, then add to the coconut oil mixture.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix until combined.

    Take tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Place onto prepared trays. Flatten balls with a fork, and bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
