- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper
- water to taste
- 1 cup shrimp frozen
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- chives to taste
Directions

1Cook the semolina in boiling water until al dente. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

2Heat a bit of olive oil and saute the shrimp with garlic until done. Add to the semolina along with the diced pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives to taste.
