  • semolina to taste
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • water to taste
  • 1 cup shrimp frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • chives to taste

Directions

    Cook the semolina in boiling water until al dente. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Heat a bit of olive oil and saute the shrimp with garlic until done. Add to the semolina along with the diced pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives to taste.
