Sensational Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • hot cooked noodles
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

    Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips. In large skillet over high heat, melt margarine and cook the beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.

    Stir in soup and paprika.

    Heat through, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat to very low.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Gently heat through.

    Serve over noodles.
