- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 chicken thighs, skinned
- 10 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat oil until moderately hot.

2Add chicken and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.

3Add garlic and pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Drain off excess fat.

5In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger.

6Add to chicken.

7Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

8Serve with rice.
