  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 ounce Calvados
  • Ice
  • 1/2 ounce pear brandy
  • 1 ounce apple juice
  • 3 to 4 ounces chilled Champagne
  • 1 thin slice of apple and 1 mint sprig

Directions

    In a rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves with the Calvados.

    Add ice, the pear brandy and the apple juice, then top with the Champagne.

    Garnish with the apple slice and mint sprig.
