- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1/8-inch strips
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Rice
- chow mein noodles
Directions

1Place beef in a glass bowl.

2Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, soy sauce, pepper, onions, garlic and sesame seeds.

3Pour over beef and toss to coat.

4Let stand 15 minutes.

5In skillet or wok, heat remaining oil over high heat; addbeef and marinade.

6Stir-fry until beef is brown and has reached desired doneness.

7Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
