- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
Directions

1In a small pan, cook sesame seed over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking pan occasionally; set aside.

2Cut broccoli into florets; peel stalks and diagonally slice.

3Boil broccoli for 5 to 6 minutes or steam until tender-crisp; drain and place in serving dish.

4Combine orange juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger root; toss with broccoli.

5Sprinkle with sesame seed.
