- 1 c. brown rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. sesame butter (tahini preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Place 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan and bring to boil; add pinch of salt and rice.

2Bring to boil again, cover.

3Turn heat down to cook rice approximately 50 minutes.

4When rice is done, combine tahini, tamari sauce and water in small saucepan.

5Bring to boil and cook five minutes.

6Add water to create creamy consistency. Combine rice and sesame sauce and serve while hot.
