- 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 4 scallions, diced
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. drained pimentos
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Combine bouillon broth, cornstarch and soy sauce; blend well. Stir in scallions and set aside.

2Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken and garlic, 3 to 4 minutes.

3Remove and keep warm.

4Add broccoli and broth mixture to the wok.

5Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Add the chicken and pimentos and heat just until mixture is good and hot.

6Top with sesame seed.

7Serve over pasta or rice.

8(May substitute pork for chicken.
