- 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 pt. buttermilk
- 1 stick melted butter
- pinch of tarragon leaves
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- pinch of seasoned salt
- sesame seed
Directions

1Marinate chicken in buttermilk (I use dry buttermilk mix and water) for 15 minutes.

2Drain.

3Combine next 3 ingredients.

4Dip chicken in butter mixture.

5Coat with bread crumbs, salt and 1 tablespoon sesame seed mixture.

6Place in 11 x 14-inch pan. Sprinkle each piece with sesame seed.

7Pour excess butter over chicken.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

9Baste with any extra juices and continue baking for 15 minutes.
