  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 bottle sesame seed

Directions

    Cut chicken into small nuggets.

    Beat buttermilk and egg together.

    Add sesame seed to flour.

    Batter chicken in buttermilk and egg, then flour and sesame seed.

    Fry in electric frypan at about 350° to 375° until golden brown.
