- 1/4 c. finely crushed butter snack crackers
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 10 to 12 chicken legs (about 3 lb.)
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in shallow dish.

2In a separate dish mix egg and water.

3Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture.

4Arrange chicken in baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour, turning once.

6Cool slightly; remove from pan.

7Cover and refrigerate 3 to 24 hours.
