  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 2-inch ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • 3 to 5 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. sesame seed

    Combine soy sauce, garlic cloves and ginger root.

    Marinate pork 1 hour in soy sauce mixture in refrigerator.

    Dry pork with a paper towel.

    Coat with honey and roll in sesame seed.

    Bake on a lightly greased broiler pan rack at 375° until thickest portion reaches 160° (approximately 1 hour).
