- 2 to 3 lb. rolled rump roast
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. strong coffee
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Brown sesame seed in butter for 1 minute over medium heat in shallow pan.

2Add coffee, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.

3Heat to boiling.

4Pour marinade over roast and marinate overnight, covered.
