- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves chopped fine garlic
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 1 large bag washed spinach
Directions

1Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.

2Heat oil in a large skillet.

3Quickly stir-fry the garlic, ginger and scallions.

4Add the spinach and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add the soy sauce mix and heat through. Serve immediately.
