Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 or 2 peppers, sliced
  • 1 or 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 6 or 7 sliced potatoes
  • salt or pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix 1 can of soup and 1 can of water in a casserole dish. Make layers of sliced potatoes, peppers, onions and ground meat until all ingredients are used.

    Top with the other can of soup and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
