- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 or 2 peppers, sliced
- 1 or 2 onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 6 or 7 sliced potatoes
- salt or pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix 1 can of soup and 1 can of water in a casserole dish. Make layers of sliced potatoes, peppers, onions and ground meat until all ingredients are used.

2Top with the other can of soup and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
