- 3 long buns
- 2 eggs, whisked
- oil, to shallow fry
- breadcrumbs, as required
- 200 g boiled and shredded chicken
- 2 onions, peeled,washed and finely chopped
- 12 cup cabbage
- 12 cup bean sprouts
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Dip the long buns in the whisked egg.

2Coat it with the breadcrumbs.

3Fry till golden brown in a wok.

4Now, start preparing the flling.

5To do this, heat oil in a pot.

6Add chicken and onions.

7Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.

8Add sprouts, cabbage, pepper, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

9Stir-fry for a minute.

10Remove from flame.

11Cut the fried buns in the center and place the chicken filling in it.

12Decorate with 2 curry leaves and a cherry.
