- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 2 or 3 potatoes, sliced thin
- noodles
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 c. peas (optional)
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion.

2Place in bottom of large baking dish.

3Layer carrots, celery and peas next and top with potatoes. Cover with a layer of uncooked noodles and pour tomatoes over all. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4Bake at 350° until done. (If more liquid is needed, use tomatoes, tomato juice or water, as desired.) Serves 6.
