- 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
Directions

1Layer raw potatoes, sliced onions and carrots.

2Sprinkle rice. Add peas and juice and sausage or beef and cover with tomato soup and water.

3Bake at 350° for 2 hours.

4Cover casserole after first hour.
