- 6 c. chopped lettuce
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. frozen green peas
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch dish, layer lettuce, green peppers, onions, celery and green peas.

2Spread mayonnaise over top of the vegetable layers and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.

3Sprinkle grated cheese on top of mayonnaise.

4Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
