- 16 oz. elbow noodles
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 oz. radishes
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 c. bacon bits
- mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed.

2Drain and rinse in cold water. Prepare dressing according to package and slice all vegetables into bite-size pieces.

3Layer salad in a glass bowl, alternating vegetables with noodles.

4Make last layer tomatoes.

5Leave a hole in the center.

6Place salad dressing in the middle of top layer and sprinkle with bacon bits.

7Let stand at least 12 hours to allow dressing to settle to bottom.
