- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced or chopped
- 1 Bermuda onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 c. mayonnaise (spread to cover and seal the first four layers)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 6 to 10 slices bacon, crumbled
Directions

1In a large bowl, layer the following:

2lettuce, peas, celery, onion and mayonnaise.

3Cover mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese.

4Top with bacon.

5Cover and refrigerate approximately 8 hours prior to serving.
