  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup water

    Whisk all ingredients together, bring to boil in medium saucepan, and simmer 45 minutes until thick and reduced to about 1 cup of sauce.
