- 8 oz. bow tie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 c. sugar snap peas or Chinese pea pods
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz. beer
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

1Prepare pasta as package directs.

2Meanwhile, in a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium flame and cook sugar snaps, about 3 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

3Toss cooked pasta with sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and Italian dressing to mix well and set aside.
