Ingredients
- 4 c. rolled oats or oatmeal
- 1 c. sunflower seeds or nut meats
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients (omit raisins).

2Combine liquid ingredients and add wet to dry, mixing thoroughly.

3Bake in shallow, oiled pan for 20 to 30 minutes in slow oven at 300° or until toasted to taste.

4When cool, mix in raisins or other dried fruit.

5Store in dry, cool place.
