  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs (2 large)
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned), drained

Directions

    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.

    Add eggs and beat well. Stir in corn and milk.

    Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 325°.

    Stir once halfway through cooking. When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted will come out clean.
