- 3 lbs tomatoes
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1To peel the tomatoes, drop them into a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute.

4Puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
