Shallot-Herb Grilled Corn

  • 1/2 cups Margarine
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Shallot
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 6 ears Corn, Shucked, Cleaned

Directions

    In a food processor or with an immersion blender, mix the margarine, shallot, parsley, cilantro, vinegar, and salt until fully blended.

    Lay out 6 pieces of foil that are large enough to wrap each ear of corn. Spread 1/6th of the rub evenly around each ear of corn. Wrap each ear in the foil.

    Grill over a medium flame for about 10 minutes, turning 1/3 rotation every 2-3 minutes.
