- 2 pkg. or 4 c. sliced cooked carrots
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in bits
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 can celery soup
- 2 c. herb seasoned bread cubes
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Saute onion in 1/2 cup oleo.

2Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and alternate carrots, onions, cheese and soup until used.

3Melt 4 tablespoons of oleo in flat pan.

4Stir in seasoned cubes and spread over top just before baking.

5Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
