  • 2 pkg. or 4 c. sliced cooked carrots
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in bits
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 c. herb seasoned bread cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Saute onion in 1/2 cup oleo.

    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and alternate carrots, onions, cheese and soup until used.

    Melt 4 tablespoons of oleo in flat pan.

    Stir in seasoned cubes and spread over top just before baking.

    Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
