  • 1/2 kilogram meat Cubes
  • 100 grams channa dal
  • 2 egg beaten
  • oil fry shallow frying
  • 2 onion chopped medium size
  • 1 garlic crushed medium pod
  • 2 inches ginger crushed long piece
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves Fresh, chopped
  • 8 pieces red chilli whole, or more
  • 10 pieces cloves Whole
  • 12 pieces cardamom green whole
  • 2 pieces cardamon brown whole
  • 2 pieces cinnamon stick
  • 12 pieces black pepper whole
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed whole
  • 1 teaspoon coriander whole
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Thoroughly wash and soak channa dal in water for 1/2 hour.

    Take 2-4 glass of water in a pan , add channa dall, garlic, ginger, onion , meat cubes and spices and cook on medium flame till meat and dal is tender.

    Evaporate the water and grind the remaining mixture.

    Add egg, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves to this mixture and knead well.

    Make round flat Shami Kabab and shallow fry on low heat till golden brown.
