- 16 oz. can bean sprouts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Chop chicken; saute until firm.

2Add celery; cook 1/2 minute. Add sprouts, sliced water chestnuts, soy sauce and pepper and cook 1 minute.

3Add onion; spoon over rice and serve with noodles.
