- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place potatoes, margarine, oil and onion in a large skillet. Add water to cover.

3Cover; cook over medium heat until potatoes are done (they will be thick like gravy) adding water as needed and stirring occasionally.
