- 1 Shark Steak
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 Red Hot Sauce
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Creole Seasoning
- 1 Cayenne Pepper

1Pre-heat oven at 450.

2Remove skin from shark with a sharp knife.

3Lightly season skinned shark with salt and pepper.

4Mix all ingredients (except meat) together.

5Use as much water as you'd like depending on the consistency you want.

6Seasonings can also be adjusted.

7Dip meat into batter (shake off excess) and place onto greased pan.

8Separate battered meat so they won't touch.

9Bake for 20-25 minutes.

10Serve with hot sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing.
