  • 1 Shark Steak
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Cayenne Pepper

Directions

    Pre-heat oven at 450.

    Remove skin from shark with a sharp knife.

    Lightly season skinned shark with salt and pepper.

    Mix all ingredients (except meat) together.

    Use as much water as you'd like depending on the consistency you want.

    Seasonings can also be adjusted.

    Dip meat into batter (shake off excess) and place onto greased pan.

    Separate battered meat so they won't touch.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve with hot sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing.
