- 4 oz. finely grated Swiss cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
- 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
Directions

1In food processor, mince onion and water chestnuts.

2Add spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese.

3On platter, cut center of bread out to leave a 2-inch crust around.

4Place dip mixture in hole.

5Cut center of bread into cubes and arrange around crust.

6Serve and dip bread pieces in dip.
