- 4 1/4 cups whole milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 cardamom seeds, Choti Ilaichi
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 2 5/8 tablespoons pistachios
- 2 3/4 tablespoons almonds Baadaam, chopped
- 1/8 tablespoon raisins Kishmish
- 1/4 cup dried dates chopped
- 1 handful vermicelli noodles Semiya
- 1 teaspoon essence Coconut
Directions

1Wash the dry fruit and soak in a little milk for 3-4 hours.

2In a heavy based pot add milk, sugar and cardamom seeds.

3Simmer on low heat until it starts to thicken.

4Add the vermicelli and continue cooking until the vermicelli softens.

5Add the presoaked dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes.

6Just before removing from heat add the rose water essence.
