- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and Pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup sevian (short-cut thin vermicelli), uncooked
- 1/4 tsp. saffron threads
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
Directions

1Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large saucepan on high heat 10 min.

2or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended.

3Add next 3 ingredients; stir.

4Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.

5or until sevian is tender.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in cardamom.

8Serve warm.
