- 1 (240 ml) cup milk
- 60 ml cups condensed milk
- 4 (60 g) tablespoons ghee
- 4 (60 g) tablespoons semolina
- cardamom powder
- 10 g cups raisins
- 40 g cups almonds, finely sliced
Directions

1Mix milk and condensed milk in a pan.

2Set aside.

3Melt ghee in a non-stick pan.

4Add semolina.

5Fry until the semolina turns brown.

6Add the milk mixture and cardamom powder.

7Stir well.

8Cook until dry and the ghee separates from the semolina.

9Add raisins.

10Stir well.

11Remove from heat.

12Garnish with almonds and serve!
