- 3/4 lb. candied pineapple
- 3/4 lb. candied cherries (red and green)
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, flour and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Grease and flour the pan.

5Spread nuts on bottom of pan. Pour batter over nuts and press in.

6Mix chopped fruits together. Sprinkle over batter and press in.

7Bake for 1 hour at 250° in 11 x 15 x 2-inch pan.

8Cut when cool.
