Sheet Party Mix

   Preheat oven to 275°.

   In a medium sized bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, water, egg white, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add nuts 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until well coated.

   With a slotted spoon, remove nuts, draining off excess liquid.

   Spread nuts on a lightly greased baking sheet.

   Bake, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until nuts are fairly dry and golden.

   Cool on wax paper.

   Store in a tightly covered container.
