  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 9 inch, unbaked
  • 4 cups apples green
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup pancake mix
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 each eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Directions

    Peel and cut up 4 cups apples.

    Combine apples with 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon extract, and vanilla, pour into shell.

    Top with mixture of pancake mix, 23 cup sugar, egg and melted butter.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350F (180C).
