  • 1 12-oz. can oyster stew, as base
  • 4 oz. snowcrab, shredded or small pieces
  • 4 oz. shrimp, cut in 3-4 pieces each
  • small oysters, clams, mussels, whatever available as extras if available
  • 4 oz. new potatoes in bite-size pieces
  • Bits of broccoli and mushrooms for color and extra flavor
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2Tbsp butter
  • 12-oz. whole milk
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Melt butter in 2-qt. saucepan. Add potatoes, broccoli, green onion, mushrooms. Saute. Add shellfish, can stew, milk. Heat through. Add Velveeta and allow cheese to melt. Season to taste (salt, spices, pepper, garlic). Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
