   Brown ground beef and drain off grease.

   Mix instant potatoes according to directions on box.

   Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put layer of half the mashed potatoes.

   Next, layer browned ground beef, then layer the remaining half of mashed potatoes.

   Sprinkle grated cheese all over top.

   Cook in 400° oven until bubbly and cheese is melted.
