  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. vegetarian soup
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 3/4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes

    Brown the beef in a Teflon skillet.
