- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. vegetarian soup
- 1/8 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 3/4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Directions

1Brown the beef in a Teflon skillet.

2Add celery and onions; cook until tender.

3Stir in soup and thyme.

4Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Spoon potatoes around the edge.

6Bake in preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes or until piping hot.
