- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. or 1/2 can water
- 1 or 2 small chopped pickles
Directions

1Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, onion, egg and parsley.

2Make into meatballs.

3Brown them and pour off fat.

4Stir in soup, water and pickles.

5Cover; stir often.

6Simmer for 1/2 hour.
