  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. or 1/2 can water
  • 1 or 2 small chopped pickles

Directions

    Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, onion, egg and parsley.

    Make into meatballs.

    Brown them and pour off fat.

    Stir in soup, water and pickles.

    Cover; stir often.

    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
