Shepherd'S Pie

Directions

   Brown meat and onion in Crisco.

   Add salt and pepper.

   Arrange meat and onion in bottom of a heat-resistant glass dish.

   Spread corn on top of meat.

   Spread fluffy mashed potatoes on top of corn and set in oven at 350°.

   Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned.

   Garnish with parsley and paprika and serve.
